Why this podcast exists

Bahrain and Eastern Saudi Arabia are home to a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem. Yet, many of the stories behind successful companies remain untold. Most founders turn to Silicon Valley and other Western markets for inspiration and guidance. At the same time, far fewer resources capture the journeys of entrepreneurs building businesses within Bahrain and Eastern Saudi Arabia.

Engineers of Entrepreneurship aims to change that.

The podcast showcases the real growth stories of local founders, how their businesses began, the key decisions that shaped their paths, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.

These conversations are built by entrepreneurs, with entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.

The goal is simple: to share practical insights that inform, inspire, and support others who are building and scaling businesses across the region.
